Man Ho Chinese Restaurant
At Man Ho Chinese Restaurant, Executive Chinese Chef Wang Linhua presents two Chinese New Year set menus for groups of 10 guests, showcasing time-honored Cantonese flavors elevated through premium ingredients and ceremonial presentation. The menus open with auspicious Yu Sheng, inviting guests to toss for prosperity before progressing through a refined selection of celebratory dishes. Signature highlights include Whole Fired Beijing Duck carved tableside, Wok-Fried Boston Lobster with Ginger and Scallion, and Steamed Thai Spotted Grouper with Soy Sauce, symbolizing abundance and harmony. Comforting classics such as Mapo Tofu, Man Ho Signature Fried Rice, and slow-prepared fish maw complete the savory courses. Desserts conclude with traditional Nian Gao paired with mango pudding accented with peach gum, offering a sweet note to welcome the year ahead.
Man Ho Chinese Restaurant also presents a Chinese New Year all-you-can-eat dim sum experience, featuring handcrafted favorites such as Har Gao, Siu Mai, and Steamed “Cheung Fun” with crispy shrimp, alongside roasted meats, seafood specialties, and signature rice and noodle dishes designed for leisurely festive dining.
The two Chinese New Year set menus for groups of 10 guests are offered at THB 23,500++ for Set Menu A and THB 33,500++ for Set Menu B, available from 15 – 21 February 2026. The all-you-can-eat dim sum experience is available from 14 – 17 February 2026 at THB 1,730 net per person, while the newly introduced Chinese New Year Orange Cake—perfect for gifting or sharing—is available at THB 688 net per set of six pieces.

At Man Ho Bistro in Erawan Bangkok, Chinese New Year is celebrated through a more relaxed, contemporary interpretation, with set menus designed for smaller groups and available throughout the day. The menus feature festive staples such as Prosperity Salmon Yu Sheng, Beijing Roasted Duck, and Steamed Snow Fish with Soy Black Bean Sauce, alongside comforting classics including Crab Meat and Shrimp Fried Rice and wok-fried seasonal vegetables. Desserts such as Mango Sago with Pomelo and Avocado Ice Cream and traditional Nian Gao round out the experience, making Man Ho Bistro an inviting option for casual reunions, daytime celebrations, or extended festive gatherings.
Man Ho Bistro offers Chinese New Year set menus designed for different group sizes, priced starting from THB 4,280++ for 2 – 4 guests, THB 12,880++ for 6 guests, THB 15,880++ for 8 guests, and THB 18,880++ for 10 guests. The set menus will be available all day through 28 February 2026.
