The refreshed menu showcases a new selection of artisan charcuterie and cheese boards, caviar, fresh seafood, premium meats, and handcrafted pasta dishes. Guests can enjoy  specialties such as Tuscan Kale Salad with Capricho de Cabra Goat Cheese, Warm Swiss Raclette du Valais P.D.O., Martelli Spaghetti with Wild Carabineros Prawns and Bisque Sauce, or Roasted Duck with Summer Beetroot, Parsnip Purée, Champignon Mushrooms and Michel Guillon Sauce. Each dish is crafted with premium ingredients and designed for perfect pairing with the venue’s extensive wine list.

This month’s Special of the Month is a tableside spectacle: Crêpes Suzette paired with Château d’Yquem 2007 (Magnum), delivering a truly luxurious sweet finale. Another unmissable seasonal pairing is 18-month Comté cheese matched with Vin Jaune from Domaine Bourdy in Jura, offering guests a rare taste of one of France’s most iconic wine-and-cheese combinations.

Guests can also indulge in Beccheria’s Set Lunch, offering a curated taste of the menu’s highlights, or explore the vast by-the-glass selection made possible with Coravin preservation technology — with labels rotating monthly to ensure fresh discoveries from around the world. Wine lovers may also open any bottle from The Wine Merchant shop at retail price, with no markup — paying only VAT and service charge.

The knowledgeable team, many of whom are trained sommeliers, guide guests through perfect wine and food pairings.
