The Osteria is the restaurant style most connected to land and region, with a menu driven by the local produce and cooked for the day. Osteria ‘Tedesca’ is a gorgeous 30 seat gem where Brigitte Hafner plans menus around a wood fired oven and open grill using locally grown produce and a “whole animal” philosophy. It’s wine collection is eclectic and stimulating with trends, debates, history, quality and controversy all featuring heavily.

Tedesca Osteria is a fixed menu dining experience based on our own biodynamic farm produce with a kitchen built around a wood fired oven & grill. Brigitte goes to great lengths to source our fish and meat from the most ethical and dedicated providers in Australia. A typical menu might consist of antipasto, hand made pasta, a seafood course, a meat course and dessert, but this will change with the seasons. Bottomless filtered rainwater from the farm and Vietnamese coffee from our Mocca Master are included.
