A more upscale soba shop offering some of Japan's most reasonably priced Michelin-starred dining experiences for 2021. Mori soba means soba piled high, and it is. Because it was customary to steam the noodles during the reign of the Tokugawa shoguns, soba is traditionally served in seiro, bamboo, or wicker baskets.
