Naniwa Okina is a shop specializing in handmade soba noodles located in Oimatsucho, Kita Ward, Osaka. Using only domestically produced buckwheat, we make our flour for just the amount we will serve that day. We do all the work by hand. For not only soba but also other ingredients, we go to the production area and talk directly with the producers. We only purchase products that we are satisfied with.
