Omakase is a feast of Hong Kong-style food that combines Western and Japanese flavors. For instance, the chef picked up the art of making crispy chicken in Hong Kong and now gives it a distinct twist by combining grated daikon radish with wasabi, red vinegar, and other ingredients. French techniques are used in this unique menu item: a burger of foie gras caramelized in Shaoxing wine. There's enough variety with old favorites like dandan noodles, mapo tofu, and dim sum available.
