The open fireplace, with the sizzling of the fire lit, welcomes guests into the foyer of the St. Hubertus and prepares them for a pleasant evening. The hunting trophies and the natural wood give the environment an elegant and typically alpine atmosphere. Eight tables are discreetly located throughout the room.

The St. Hubertus menu changes with the seasons, providing a "natural" rhythm to the cuisine. The dishes are made exclusively based on the available products. Nature offers us every season exactly the nutrients we need: for example delicate herbs in spring, various berries in summer, mushrooms in autumn and beets in winter, which are harvested and stored during the autumn.
