Apollo combines Nordic cuisine with Latin American cooking with a lot of creativity from Danish chef Frederik Rasmussen. Despite the Nordic background the food has a strong South American flair with any number of variations on chicharron, tostada and ceviche. Try the pork neck with pineapple and chili. Apollo’s bar is impressive offering drinks and cocktails also strongly rooted in Latin America: mezcal, pisco, dark rum and tequila.
