Pagoda Chinese Restaurant is an upscale Chinese restaurant serving innovative Cantonese cuisine whilst embracing age-old cooking techniques. The pagoda-inspired ceiling and colorful lacquered tiles evoke the timeless grace and elegance of the Middle Kingdom.

Pagoda Chinese Restaurant is located in the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park along Sukhumvit Road, in close proximity to the Skytrain and some renowned lifestyle malls. The restaurant has a large main dining area and, if you wish to have this culturally inspired luxury yourself, Pagoda offers seven private dining rooms with its own wait staff.

AMBIENCE

Pagoda exudes a warm and welcoming ambience in modern luxury with spacious arrangements spread across the main dining area. The classical Chinese interior design incorporates beautiful Chinese lanterns, oriental ceramics, lattice woodwork and dragons, which are believed to bring good fortune to all patrons.

FOOD

The Pagoda Chinese Restaurant offers a wide choice of delicious traditional and authentic Cantonese cuisine with premium ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible. Some of the spices and seasonings, not available in Thailand, are imported directly from their native sources in Hong Kong or China. Guests return to Pagoda for the Braised superior bird nest soup, Steamed sticky rice with crab meat in a bamboo basket, and the Stir-fried Okra with Laoganma sauce. Pagoda Chinese Restaurant is famous for its exquisite, homemade Dim Sum but other favorites on the menu are steamed rice rolls with fresh prawns and the Chef’s signature crispy roasted pork that has been baked repeatedly in order to achieve the crispy skin while the meat stayed soft and tender. The kitchen is spearheaded by Hong Kong-born Chef Oscar Pun who has perfected his culinary skills at the luxurious Kempinski and Shangri-La Hotels in Beijing and at Macau’s City of Dream where he delighted his patrons with his Chinese culinary creations.

SERVICE

The staff is very professional and attentive under the expert supervision of Khun Som, the restaurant manager. Fluent in Thai, Chinese, and English.
