Jaras serves traditional Thai dishes with a contemporary touch with authentic flavors in every dish and all presented in an innovative. Chef Nui incorporate tastes from other regions of Thailand influenced and by sourcing the best ingredients he creates the true Thai flavors. The vegetables used in the preparation, come fresh from InterContinental Resort Phuket’s own vegetable garden to prepare the specialty curries. Other key ingredients are sourced from sustainable,local and regional, organic farms.
