Kari Zourit (Octopus Curry)
"A traditional Kreol cuisine that has been passed down from the different generations. It is a local dish that the entire family contributes to. The octopi were collected by fathers and sons in the shallow tides within the surrounding reefs, while mothers and daughters picked and drained the plethora of coconuts. The Kari is distinctive in its own flavours, with the majority of the ingredients sourced solely from the island, earning its nickname of Seychelles’ Secret Sauce."

Chef Emad is a dedicated Chef with over 14 years of experience in the culinary industry. He developed a true passion for the art of cooking. His journey began in Egypt, where he honed his skills at chain hotels, working his way up from a line cook to a Sous Chef.
In addition to culinary skills, Emad is a natural leader and excels at managing and motivating a team. Before he worked in Egypt and the UAE.
