Candlenut is the world’s first Michelin-starred Peranakan restaurant, featuring curated menus with authentic Peranakan specialties, containing a modern twist.

Chef Malcolm Lee is the head chef and owner of Candlenut. As the first Singaporean recipient of the Miele Guide Scholarship, he was granted a place at the prestigious At-Sunrice Globalchef Academy, which enabled him to explore his Asian culinary roots.

MUST TRY: On the Dinner menu, the “Yeye” White Curry is perfection, made with locally sourced Chicken, fried Shallots, Green Banana, and Kaffir Lime Leaf, creating a beautiful taste sensation in your mouth.

Marble decor complimented by candle lights and smooth lighting gives the restaurant an authentic Asian feel.
