One of the prime leaders in serving modern European cuisine in Thailand’s fine dining scene.

Water Library Chamchuri Square is a flagship restaurant of the Water Library Hospitality Group, which is running a chain of outlets in Thailand and Myanmar. The state-of-the-art menu is known as innovative, flavorful, and light.

MUST TRY: The seasonal tasting menu and the grilled tiger prawns in pink vodka sauce.

The restaurant offers a fine dining vibe despite its location in a shopping mall. Tables with white tablecloth are arranged cylindrically around the bar. It is recognized for it’s towering display of water bottles, hence the name: Water Library.

The food is prepared to perfection and characterized by European influences. Chef Mirco Keller’s philosophy is that ‘the truth is on the plate’. In his pursuit of creating the best experience for his guests he is offering a fascinating progression of varied and innovative dishes, beautifully and elegantly presented.

The service of the attentive and humble staff is impeccable. Waiters are knowledgeably and able to explain dishes when asked.

A pleasant fine dining experience with innovative dishes that one would not expect from a chain restaurant. The reference to Water Library as a “talk-of-the-town” place is not exaggerated.
