PRU, which stands for Plant, Raise, Understand, has always been synonymous with sustainability, with a menu built around dishes with ingredients sourced from ecosystems across Thailand like Phang-Nga, Nakhon Phanom and even its own 96-hectare organic farm. Chef Jimmy Ophorst’s contemporary approach to cuisine follows his genuine vision of sustainability for future generations and his profound respect for Thailand’s local produce, which follow the resort’s “Dine Good Do Good” philosophy

PRU is located inside one of Phuket’s top luxury beach resorts certainly doesn’t harm its appeal. After enjoying a welcoming drink at the bar guests are invite to the dining room offering only a few tables in warm and intimate atmosphere with plenty of flowers.
The service is impeccable and the staffs are very friendly. The polite service staff ensures that all guests feel welcome while dining in the restaurant.
The food served at PRU is inspired by the different eco-systems of Thailand, where the restaurant Research and Development team travels to discover new exciting ingredients. The restaurant works closely with a network of small artisans and farmers to produce the best Thailand has to offer.
