Ichika Omakase is a new omakase restaurant located within The Rembrandt Hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 18, only a few meters from MRT and Skytrain. The Japanese-Thai chef Akira Kemavuthanon — formerly at Conrad Hotel and Dusit Thani Bangkok — uses only the best knives sourced from all around Japan for a custom made, Best Blue Steel from Sakai to offer his customers the best experience. The sushi bar offers a wide selection of aesthetically pleasing sushi, maki and sashimi. Akira Kemavuthanon serves baked shirako temaki, Hokkaido kekani hairy crab, Japanese baked shirako temaki and half-beak sayori fish with baked uni. Ichika Omakase offers an omakase menu, with prices ranging from THB 1,500–3,700 for lunch and THB 3,500–9,700 for dinner.
